Office Administrator 

12 Months Contract to Cover Maternity Leave.  Start date January 2026

 

Hours - Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm (1 Hour Lunch).

Free on-site Parking.

Holidays - 25 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays.

Salary - negotiable depending on experience.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Using and maintaining the in-house computer system records
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email
  • Acting as a first point of contact for clients
  • Liaising with other members of the organisation, communicating at all levels
  • Gathering and logging relevant information taken over the phone
  • Performing all necessary administrative duties, adhering to the organisation’s current procedures
  • Managing and allocating resources appropriately
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to relevant teams

This will be a varied and demanding role. As such, it will suit a candidate who is proactive and motivated. You will be expected to prioritise effectively and work efficiently whilst always providing a professional and friendly service. Good knowledge of IT skills, excel and word are essential. You should also possess first-class communication skills and be a flexible team player. Full training on our current procedures and systems will be given.
