Branch Manager - Brighton

We have an opportunity for a Branch Manager within the Brighton area. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the ability to lead, motivate and develop the existing branch team to enable the successful achievement of profit targets.

Who we are:

Established in 1934 and operating from 60 locations throughout the country, servicing all sectors of the electrical market we have over 92 years’ worth of experience in the electrical wholesale sector.

The Role:

• As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the achievement of sales and gross profit targets in line with the overall company strategy.
• Successful development and management of a wide and diverse customer base through exceptional service levels.
• Ensure that your team meet operational standards including stock control, purchasing, credit control procedures and general branch administration.
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policy and procedures including stock control and branch overheads.
• Reporting to the Regional Manager

The Ideal Person:

• A strong track record in electrical wholesale management.
• A proven assistant manager wanting to take the first progressive steps into Management
• A field based sales representative wanting to broaden their skills into Branch Management
• Confident working with KPI's with a track record in delivering positive results.
• Ability to motivate your branch team and lead by example.
• The ability to communicate at all levels, with your team, customers, and suppliers.
