Branch Manager – Poole Branch

The Role:

  • Responsible for the achievement of sales and gross profit targets in line with the overall company strategy.
  • Successful development and management of a wide and diverse customer base through exceptional service levels.
  • Train and motivate your team to meet operational standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policy and procedures.
  • Recruit and train staff when required.

The Ideal Person:

  • A good record of previous electrical wholesale accomplishments.
  • Confident working with KPI's and able to evidence a track record in delivering positive results.
  • Will have the ability to motivate a team of professionals and lead by example.
  • Able to communicate at all levels, with staff, customers, and suppliers.

Experience:

  • Must have held an Assistant Manager or External Sales role in Electrical Wholesaling and have at least 3 years’ experience.
