Branch Manager – Poole Branch
Eyre & Elliston Ltd, established in 1934, we have over 89 years’ worth of experience servicing all sectors of the Electrical Industry, we currently have 62 locations throughout the UK.
The Role:
- Responsible for the achievement of sales and gross profit targets in line with the overall company strategy.
- Successful development and management of a wide and diverse customer base through exceptional service levels.
- Train and motivate your team to meet operational standards.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policy and procedures.
- Recruit and train staff when required.
The Ideal Person:
- A good record of previous electrical wholesale accomplishments.
- Confident working with KPI's and able to evidence a track record in delivering positive results.
- Will have the ability to motivate a team of professionals and lead by example.
- Able to communicate at all levels, with staff, customers, and suppliers.

Experience:
- Must have held an Assistant Manager or External Sales role in Electrical Wholesaling and have at least 3 years’ experience.
