COVID-19 Information

 

We’ve updated our COVID-19 policy to reflect and comply with the latest government advice. 

Eyre & Elliston Ltd are committed to providing the highest levels of service and support whilst supporting the health and wellbeing of our own staff in addition to those of our customers, our suppliers and the general public 

We are therefore continually monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation together with the advice communicated by all of the relevant authorities to ensure that we take every possible precaution to minimise the risk of the spread of infection. 

Currently, all of our branches are open as usual – Although we are currently operating with reduced staff numbers we continue to accept enquiries and orders for collection or delivery by telephone, text or email. Our trade counters are open with appropriate Covid-19 safety measures in place. 
If required we can also offer a call and collect service with goods traded outside of the counter area whilst observing social distancing guidance for the safety of all. 
Our branches are able to offer a free of charge local delivery service whilst maintaining all appropriate distancing guidance for our staff and customers. 
Our strategy for significant local stock holding at all branches ensures we are able to offer continuity of supply for all of our stock profiles despite the ongoing disruption to supply chains resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic. 
We aim to continue to maintain our high service levels during these challenging times whilst protecting the personal safety of all. 

We will continue to amend our service offering and update this website in line with any changes that are communicated from the relevant authorities. 

We thank all of our customers for their cooperation and support at this time and look forward to providing our high levels of service to customers both new and existing.
