The Trace Heating Connection Kit, Heat Mat CBM-INS-0006, is a high-quality earth-shielded system designed for use under laminate and engineered board floors without the need for levelling compounds. It can also be used under carpet, vinyl, linoleum, and bonded board floor coverings with Overlay Boards. The mats offer sole source heating in well-insulated rooms and floor warming in other areas. Quick to install and can be 'cut-and-turned' like conventional under tile heating mats. When used with Heat Mat's intelligent thermostats, they create a fast-reacting and cost-effective heating system. Features include dual conductor system, functional earth shield, aluminium heat dissipation layer, and 6mm insulation for thermal and acoustic benefits. Not suitable for wet areas like bathrooms.
