0.75mm 3 Core SY Cable is a flexible, armoured control cable designed for use in environments where extra protection is required with the cable still needing flexibility. It is suitable for a variety of applications and installations including internal dry, or wet environments, or any spaces where there is direct sunlight, making it perfect for outdoor use. The cable has a current rating of 12 A and is used as an interconnecting cable for measuring, controlling, or regulation in control equipment, assembly and production lines, conveyors, and computer units. It is suitable for fixed installations or for flexible use in conditions of light mechanical stress. The braided screen offers the best possible protection against mechanical damage and provides a level of electromagnetic shielding. The Galvanised coating helps protect against corrosion. It conforms to standards BS6500 and VDE0250, with Class 5 copper conductors, PVC insulation, PVC bedding, GSWB braiding, and PVC sheath. The cable has a voltage rating of 300/500V, operating temperature range of -15°C to +70°C, minimum bending radius of 10 x overall diameter, and a short circuit temperature of +160°C. The core identification is black with white numbers (3 cores and above include Green/Yellow).
