Our SY cable features plain annealed flexible copper conductors, PVC insulation, extruded PVC bedding, Galvanised steel wire braid armour, and a transparent PVC outer sheath. It is rated at 300/500 volts in accordance with BS6500 and VDE 0250 class 5 standards. With a current rating of 63 A, this cable is ideal for use as an interconnecting cable in control equipment, assembly lines, conveyors, and computer units. It is suitable for both fixed installations and flexible applications under light mechanical stress, including outdoor use when protected and indoor use in dry or moist conditions. The Galvanised steel wire braid provides excellent mechanical protection and electromagnetic shielding. The cable conforms to BS6500 and VDE0250 standards, with Class 5 flexible annealed plain copper conductors and PVC insulation. The braiding coverage is a minimum of 50%. The sheath is made of PVC, transparent in colour, with a voltage rating of 300/500V. It has an operating temperature range of -15°C to +70°C, a minimum bending radius of 10 x the overall diameter, and a short-circuit temperature of +160°C.
