The Unicrimp QT100M Cable Tie is a 100mm x 2.5mm natural-coloured strap made from polyamides (Nylon 6/6). It features ratcheting mechanisms in the width, length, and head area for secure locking when bundling items or cables together. Nylon offers a balanced combination of strength, stiffness, high service temperature, and toughness. These cable ties are highly resistant to impact, have low friction, and excellent abrasion resistance. They are resistant to fuels, lubricants, and most chemicals, but vulnerable to phenols, strong acids, and oxidizing agents. Suitable for temperatures up to 85°C, Nylon 6/6 meets UL 94V-2 flammability ratings and has a working temperature range from -40°C to 85°C.
