Shipping & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy
We offer free delivery within our local van delivery area. For deliveries outside this area, a next working day carriage fee of £6.65 + vat (£7.98) will apply. For items specially ordered from manufacturers with additional carriage charges, we reserve the right to pass these charges on. Delivery is available to UK only.

Returns Policy
Boxes and cases will be credited if returned in good condition within 14 days, carriage paid. For goods received in damaged condition or with shortages, claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, along with the original packing for inspection.

Return Conditions
Goods may only be returned with our prior written agreement, and must be returned carriage paid with the invoice details and reason for return. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable, and a restocking fee may apply to standard items.
